CRAMO
ACQUIRED LEADING ACCESS PLATFORM RENTAL COMPANY IN LITHUANIA

UAB Cramo, the
Lithuanian wholly-owned subsidiary of Cramo Plc, has acquired UAB
Aukstumines
Sistemos (AS), the leading Lithuanian access platform rental
company.

AS is
specialized in delivering demanding aerial equipment and work platforms
to
construction and installation companies as well as to general industry.
AS
employs 31 people in three depots in Lithuania. The management and other
key
personnel will continue in the company.

Following this acquisition,
Cramo will achieve the market leader position also
in Lithuania in the
strongly growing equipment rental market of the Baltic
countries. Moreover,
the acquisition will strengthen Cramo’s capability as the
specialized provider
of demanding access platform solutions in Central and
Eastern
Europe.
