Nasdaq Stockholm welcomes Acrinova to the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market

Stockholm, December 9, 2019 – Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the trading in Acrinova AB’s shares (short name: ACRI) will commence today on the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm. Acrinova belongs to the financial sector and is the 57th company to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq’s Nordic markets* in 2019.

Acrinova is a real estate company specialized in owning, developing and managing commercial properties in the southern parts of Sweden, primarily in the Öresund region. Its current portfolio includes around 25 properties and the company is looking to expand through both acquisitions and project development/refinement. Acrinova is headquartered in Malmö, Sweden and employs around 40 people.

“We are very excited about getting our shares listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market,” said Ulf Wallén, CEO of Acrinova. “For several years, we have been working hard to expand our business, and we see this listing as a natural next step on our journey. We are confident that the listing will strengthen our brand, as well as our position in relation to the media, larger investors and new acquisition candidates.”

”We welcome Acrinova to the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market, where it will join a number of real estate sector peers,” said Adam Kostyál, SVP and Head of European Listings, Nasdaq. “We congratulate the company on its successful listing, and look forward to supporting them with the increased visibility that a listing in the Premier segment can bring.”

Acrinova AB has appointed Svensk Kapitalmarknadsgranskning AB as the Certified Adviser.
