Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab has today completed the auction of
covered
mortgage bonds (SDRO) to refinance floating rate loans by January 1,
2019. At
the auction bonds with a nominal amount of EUR 450m were sold at price
100.20.
The bid-to-cover was 3.29.

The auction resulted in an add-on to the
fixing of the EURIBOR3M interest rate
of
0.27 %-points. This add-on will be
valid for the whole maturity of the bond.

The coupon of the ISIN-code
DK0002043231 NDAEURIBOR3 OA22RF will in the period
1 January 2019 to 31 March
2019 be set at 3-month EURIBOR quoted on 19 December
2018
multiplied by 365/360
plus an add-on of 0.27 %-points (the auction result).
