Announcement from First North
The preferential share was subscribed to 73.8 percent
On December 7, 2017, the subscription term of CybAero AB's preferential
share
issue of Units ended. The issue was subscribed to 73.8 percent, which
means that
CybAero will receive SEK 26.1 million after issue costs of
approximately 8.1
MSEK.

participated in this
preferential share issue and thus demonstrated their
support for our business.
We now have secured capital so that we can continue
our journey towards becoming
a complete product and service company based on
world leading technology, said
Michael Auerbach.

A total of 9,115,808 units
were subscribed, corresponding to a value of SEK
34,184,280. 2,973,148 units
were subscribed through guarantee commitments valued
at SEK 11,149,305. The
American principal owner Subversive Capital subscribed to
100% of their
shareholding thereby increased their holding in CybAero by
subscribing to
715,808 units worth SEK 2,684,280.

Shares and share capital

When the
preferential share issue has been registered with the Swedish
Companies
Registration Office, the number of shares in CybAero will amount to
15,293,293,
giving a share capital of 53,526,525.50 SEK.

Trade in BTU

Trading
with payed subscribed units will take place on Nasdaq First North until
the
Swedish companies’ registration office has registered the preferential
share
issue. Registration is scheduled to take place in December
2017.

Warrants

One (1) warrant entitle the holder to subscribe for one (1)
new share in the
Company at a subscription price of SEK 5.50 per share.
Subscription of shares
under the warrants shall be in accordance with the terms
of the warrants during
the period September 13 - September 28,
2018.
