European Energy A/S: Agreement signed for the sale of a wind farm in Germany with a capacity of 6.6 MW Company announcement 6/2017 The European Energy Group today signed and closed an agreement for the sale of a wind park in Germany with a total nameplate capacity of 6.6 MW to a German buyer. The wind park is located in the German region of Brandenburg. The European Energy Group owns 100% of the wind farm sold, which is currently under construction and expected to be connected to the grid in the second quarter of 2017. The wind farm consists of a total of 2 Vestas V112 3.3 MW turbines. With this sale, the European Energy Group successfully implemented the first part of a term sheet signed on 29 March 2017 (cf. company announcement 4/2017). The sale will contribute positively to European Energy A/S' financial position.
