RAKENTAJAIN KONEVUOKRAAMO OYJ GROUP HAS SIGNED AN AGREEMENT
CONCERNING THE
PURCHASE OF THE SHARES OF A POLISH COMPANY MAROPOL
SP.ZO.O.

Rakentajain Konevuokraamo Oyj Group and the owners of a Polish
private limited
company MAROPOL Sp.zo.o. have signed an agreement concerning
the transfer of all
the shares of the company. The Group purchases all the
shares of MAROPOL
Sp.zo.o. from its three owners, who are private persons.
MAROPOL Sp.zo.o.
continues in the group as an independent
subsidiary.

MAROPOL Sp.zo.o. began its activities in the year 1994. The
company is domiciled
in three depots in Poland and one in Czech Republic. The
company is a leading
company in access machine hire business in Poland. The
turnover of the company
in the year 2005 was approximately MEUR 1.7. The
company has 17 employees, who
shall continue to work for the company. One of
the sellers of the company shall
continue as the managing director of the
company.

This acquisition will make Rakentajain Konevuokraamo Oyj a market
leader in
access platform rental market in Poland and will strengthen its
profitable
growth.

The parties to the acquisition have decided not to
publish the purchase price.
