Eolus announces the sale of wind farm Hästhalla

Today Eolus entered into an agreement for the sale of the operating wind farm Hästhalla to a fund managed by Allianz Global Investors (AllianzGI) for a consideration of EUR 6.5 million.

Wind farm Hästhalla comprises of four Enercon wind turbines that was commissioned in 2012. Eolus will operate the wind farm on behalf of AllianzGI under an asset management contract.

The transaction, which includes all shares in the company that owns the wind farm, is subject to fulfillment of a number of conditions before closing, which is expected to occur at the latest January 31^st 2017.
