File Delivery Service (FDS) Password Renewal
Dear Customer,
File Delivery Service (FDS) passwords will be renewed on Wednesday, Sep 14, 2016. This annual procedure is part of our data security policy and similar to changes made in May 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Activation of the new passwords will take place at midnight Swedish time (00:00 CEST, 01:00 EEST) i.e. old passwords will be valid till Tuesday, Sep 13, 2016. New passwords are provided via e-mail only and will not be valid prior to the old password’s expiry.
New passwords will be sent in an e-mail to each FDS customer having an active user account by Monday, Aug 15, 2016. In case you are using the File Delivery Service, but haven’t received the new password by then, please contact: dataproducts@nasdaq.com
