Genium Consolidated Feed (GCF) – Data Center Relocation, Weekend Schedule
Dear Customer,
GCF production will move to new premises in Nasdaq's new Nordic data center in Vasby on coming Monday May 23, 2016.
Key details to remember
(1) After launch, the current pre-production environment will continue as production environment. The IP addresses and ports used with pre-production will be the production ones.
(2) Your current production credentials (prefix "P") will remain in new environment. Temporary credentials (prefix "X") will not be active on Monday.
(3) Old GCF production site in Lunda will not be accessible after the launch.
Launch activities schedule for Saturday May 21, 2016:
~14:00 CET: New production system is estimated to be ready for external connection tests. IT Notice will be published when system is accessible.
Customers can connect to system, but no data feed is available. Time frame for connection verifications is 2 hours after the notice.
If there are any technical issues during the Saturday, customer connectivity test might be postponed to Sunday morning. In such case, information regarding this will be published on Saturday at 18:00 CET at latest.
When the migration has been completed, an IT Notice confirming this will be sent out.
