NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE FINNISH
SECURITIES MARKETS
ACT AND APPOINTMENTS IN THE MANAGEMENT GROUP

In
accordance with the combination agreement signed between
Rakentajain
Konevuokraamo Oyj, Cramo Holding BV and certain shareholders of
the said
companies on 18 October 2005, the extraordinary general meeting has
yesterday on
3 January 2006 decided on a targeted issue to the shareholders of
Cramo Holding
BV, as well as on other measures relating to the combination.
The increase in
share capital and the other changes have been entered into the
Trade Register on
4 January 2006. Certain measures required by the
consummation of the
combination, i.a. combining of the share classes, two
targeted share issues as
well as block trade of the new shares subscribed by
two shareholders are
completed. Pursuant to the aforesaid, the company has
today, pursuant to chapter
2 section 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act,
received the following
notifications on changes in
shareholding:


RAKENNUSMESTARIEN SÄÄTIÖ

The shareholding of
Rakennusmestarien Säätiö in the company has decreased below
one tenth (1/10)
of the votes and share capital in Rakentajain Konevuokraamo Oyj
due to the
approval by the extraordinary general meeting held on 3 January 2006
of the
combining of the share classes and the targeted issue. The changes have
been
entered into the Trade Register on 4 January 2006.

Holdings B.V. has subscribed for 5,514,299 new shares in
Rakentajain
Konevuokraamo Oyj based on the targeted issue decided by
Rakentajain
Konevuokraamo Oyj yesterday. The subscription price of the shares
has been paid
in connection with the subscription.

In addition, Pon
Holdings B.V. has acquired on 4 January 2006 a total of
2,996,901 shares in
Rakentajain Konevuokraamo Oyj from Caterpillar SARL and
Caterpillar Financial
Services Netherlands B.V.

Thus, the share of Pon Holdings B.V (registered
address: Putterstraatweg 5, 3862
RA Nijkerk Gld, the Netherlands, register
number: 08017970) has exceeded 25% of
the votes in the company.

The current
shareholding of Pon Holdings B.V. in RK is as follows:

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. has
subscribed for 2,996,901 new shares in Rakentajain

Konevuokraamo Oyj yesterday. The
subscription price of the shares has been paid
in connection with the
subscription.

Thus, the share of ABN AMRO Bank N.V (registered address:
Gustav Mahlerlaan 10,
1082 PP, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, register number:
33220369) has reached 10%
of the shares and votes in RK.

After the
transaction, ABN AMRO Bank N.V. holds shares in RK as follows

The Board
of Directors of Rakentajain Konevuokraamo Oyj has appointed in the
meeting
held on 3 January 2006 the following persons as members of the
management
group of the company: Magnus Rosén (Senior Vice President,
Scandinavia,
general rental services), Tatu Hauhio (Senior Vice President,
Finland, general
rental services) and Jarmo Laasanen (Senior Vice President,
Other Europe,
general rental services).
