Notification according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act of change in holdings in YIT Corporation shares
YIT Corporation has on January 22, 2016 received an announcement under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of Polaris Capital Management, LLC in YIT has gone below the threshold of 5 per cent.
According to the announcement, the holding of Polaris Capital Management, LLC in YIT has decreased to 6,194,698 shares, corresponding to 4.87 per cent of YIT's shares. Polaris Capital Management, LLC held 4,225,983 voting rights in YIT on January 22, 2016, which is 3.32 per cent of voting rights in YIT.
