YIT starts the construction of a residential project in Prague, the Czech Republic
YIT starts the construction of a residential project named Koivu Zlicin in Prague’s 5th district. The plan is to construct a total of around 150 apartments in two phases. The project’s first phase that starts now will consist of 70 apartments in five four-storey buildings with gardens and a lot of greenery and will be completed in 2017. The value of the first phase is around EUR 10 million. The plot was acquired in autumn 2015 and it will be paid in stages during the development and construction period.
The project will be constructed in one of the popular residential areas in Prague. Very good public transport connections and the vicinity of versatile services including several large shopping centres make the location an attractive living area.
