Application for Bondholders’ waivers

Application for Bondholders' waivers under the terms of SIA Acme Corporation Bonds (ISIN: LV0000800787) Prospectus and the Bondholders' approval of the proposed amendments to the Prospectus

Riga, 2015-11-27 15:01 CET -- SIA Acme Corporation is requesting the Bondholders’ consent to secured external credit institution financing to the SIA Acme Corporation’s group on the terms and conditions as described in attached application to be used exclusively to finance the Qualifying Investments.

The Bondholder Voting Forms are available on the website of the central storage of regulated information - www.oricgs.lv and on the website of “Nasdaq Riga” - www.nasdaqbaltic.com. The Bondholder Voting Forms may also be obtained on request from the Issuer. Request of Bondholder Voting Forms from the Issuer should be made to the following e-mail address – info@rbm.lv.
