IT – INET Nordic – Reminder: Norwegian shares transfer to First North Sweden NOK segment as of November 30, 2015 (66/15)
As communicated earlier in IT Notice 50/15, all Norwegian shares will be transferred from Nasdaq Stockholm’s main market Norwegian segment to First North Sweden’s Norwegian segment as of November 30, 2015.
Norwegian OBX index shares were admitted to trading to Nasdaq Stockholm’s regulated market in 2009. In 2012, Nasdaq added all the remaining Norwegian shares to its offering, but due to practical reasons under First North Sweden, which is Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) operated by Nasdaq Stockholm.
Going forward, Nasdaq Stockholm will offer trading in all Norwegian shares only on First North Sweden. By unifying the offering, the split between the shares in two market segments is removed and the admission process of the shares is aligned with MTFs offering secondary trading without requirements of MiFID regulated markets.
Change in INET Nordic reference data
The shares below will be transferred from Nasdaq Stockholm’s (MIC: XSTO) market segment “OMX STO Equities NOK” (market segment sequent: 180) to First North Sweden’s (MIC: FNSE) “First North NOK” market segment (market segment sequent: 195). There are no changes to the ISIN, Security Name, Symbol or Order Book ID. Tick size table for these shares remains the same as well.

This change will take effect in INET Nordic PROD and GCF reference data as of November 30, 2015.

All above Order books will be flushed during post-trade at 16:30 CET on Friday November 27, 2015. Good-Till-Cancel (GTC) orders will be deleted. Members need to consider re-entering these orders again on Monday November 30, 2015.

Trades in these instruments where trade publication is deferred to end of trading day or more will be published on November 27, 2015 before 18:00 CET.
