Suspension of trading in Lietuvos energijos gamyba AB shares

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-10-26 08:48 CET -- Nasdaq Vilnius decided to suspend automatic order matching in Lietuvos energijos gamyba AB shares (LNR1L, ISIN code: LT0000128571) on October 26, 2015.

The trading is suspended on the request of the issuer due to possible announcement of material information, related to decisions of Government of the Republic of Lithuania, during the day (the question is discussed in the Government meeting, following the decision of Lithuanian Supreme Court of the Republic of Lithuania, to which the State is obliged to buyout the shares of the expired legal entity AB Lietuvos elektrinė of the minority shareholders).
