With the following Nasdaq Riga informs that on August 14, 2015 it has received the announcement from AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” shareholder, mandatory and final takeover bid announcer SIA "CAPITAL HOLDING" on mandatory and final takeover bid results.
SIA "CAPITAL HOLDING" informs that after takeover bid the company will own 2 025 615 shares or 96.78% of voting capital in AS "Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika".
After final takeover bid SIA "CAPITAL HOLDING" will own 2 093 000 shares or 100% of AS "Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika" shares.
