Capital markets day for AS Linda Nektar and interim results release date

AS Linda Nektar (‘The Company’) is hosting a capital markets day event on Thursday, August 27^th, 2015. The programme will consist of:

• A general presentation on The Company (also made available via market announcement)
• An introductory lecture to separation techniques (with aroma/flavour overview), a field in which The Company has been developing proprietary technology over the past seven years
• A production facility tour at the Kobela plant (Southern Estonia)

The first two programme items will take place at Tartu University. The production facility at Kobela is approximately one hour from Tartu towards the Latvian border. Complimentary transport for a limited number of participants will be available to/from Central Tallinn by bus on the day.

The event is open to both existing and potential shareholders. Please note that prior registration will be required (closing date Monday, August 24^th). As the total number of places is limited, participation priority will be given to existing shareholders. The main language used for the event will be English and personal identification will be required on the day.

The Company plans to release its interim financial results on Monday, August 17^th.

AS Linda Nektar is an Estonian-based beverage company with origins in the 1940s. The company is providing fermented beverages for the drinks industry focusing on unpacked fruit wines under a Business-to-Business model. The company’s production facility is located in a logistically favourable position relative to the Baltic and Northern European markets.

Extensive R&D efforts have led to breakthroughs in the field of aroma stripping and recovery and this, along with the planned geographical expansion, will be the key focal points in the coming years.

The shares of Linda Nektar are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Baltic First North Market.
