On 31st July 2015 the court has satisfied the application of the Ministry of Transport and Communication of the Republic of Lithuania and has dismissed the bankruptcy case in respect of PC " Lithuanian shipping company ".

Curently the process of the 3,0 mln. EUR loan to PC " Lithuanian shipping company " is still ongoing.
