Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-07-23 09:11 CEST -- Nasdaq Vilnius decided to suspend trading in Lietuvos jūrų laivininkystė AB shares (LJL1L, ISIN code: LT0000125999) from July 23, 2015 (inclusive).

The trading will be suspended due to information that the main shareholder of the Company intents to file an application to initiate a bankruptcy procedure on July 23, 2015 while the Company has not published this information via the Nasdaq Vilnius information disclosure system.
