Sale of Real Estate Property
AS Trigon Property Development announces that its’ subsidiary OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara concluded on 14.07.2015 an agreement on sale of real estate property belonging to OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara located at Arukase str 8 in Pärnu with the size of 0,5 hectare and with the price of 102 000 euro (VAT included).
After the said transaction OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara owns in Pärnu 32,8 hectare of land located at Niidu and Kase str area with the intended purpose mainly being commercial and production land.
