With the following Nasdaq Riga informs that on May 7, 2015 it has received the announcement from AS „Saldus mežrūpniecība” shareholder and the mandatory takeover bid announcer SIA "PATA AB" on the mandatory takeover bid results.
SIA "PATA AB" informs that in the result of mandatory takeover bid company will own 13 472 (3.48%) AS „Saldus mežrūpniecība” ordinary shares.
