Notification about disposal of voting rights

Utenos trikotažas AB received notification from shareholder East Capital about disposal of voting rights (see attachment). The threshold that was crossed – 5%. The reason for the crossing of the threshold is the  increase of Utenos trikotažas AB share capital.
