Caverion continues the industrial service agreement with Total Raffinerie Mitteldeutschland in Germany

The petroleum refinery Total Raffinerie Mitteldeutschland GmbH and Caverion are continuing their partnership, which has been ongoing for about five years. The companies have renewed the contract for technical maintenance and managed operations at Total´s Leuna site in Germany. The value of the deal is not disclosed.

The contract covers all technical systems in the non-production areas of the petrochemical company in Saxony-Anhalt for the next several years. It includes the technical maintenance and managed operations for all building technology services. Furthermore, Caverion is responsible for cleaning of the buildings, maintenance of the outside facilities and winter road maintenance. Fleet management, work wear service, key services and provision and maintenance of around 500 company bicycles is also part of the contract. Around 20 staff members ensure constant availability, 365 days a year.
