AB "Amber Grid" informed that on May 21, 2014 received the notification from UAB EPSO-G on the intention to submit a takeover bid to buy up the remaining 77,390,557 ordinary registered shares of the Issuer with par value of LTL 1.
The purpose of applying observation status is to alert the market participants.
