Notification on resignation of the members of the Board of Directors of AB Lietuvos Dujos

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2014-05-22 13:57 CEST -- AB Lietuvos Dujos (hereinafter – the Issuer) informs that on 21 May 2014 it received the resignation letters from the member and the deputy chairman of the Issuer`s Board of Directors Dr.   Achim Saul and the member of the Issuer`s Board of Directors Uwe Fip,  informing about their resignation from the position as a member of the Issuer`s Board of Directors.

The effective date of the resignations (i.e. the last day of position as a member of the Board of Directors) shall be the date of the General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Issuer that will approve the resignation but in any case not later than 30 June 2014.
