Recalling and election of PC "Lithuanian shipping company " members of the Board

Klaipeda, Lithuania, 2014-04-04 14:51 CEST --  

1. Due to the expiration of the term of office of the Board, the Supervisory Board of PC “Lithuanian shipping company” has recalled the members of the Board (protocol No. 1 dd. 03.04.2014):

- Saulius Girdauskas, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania;

 - Andrius Sniuolis, Director of Water and Railways Transport Policy Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania;

- Egle Vysniauskaite, Deputy Director of Water and Railways Transport Policy Departmen of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuaniat;

 - Mindaugas Utkevicius , “AS LHV Capital“ (asset management) partner;

- Stepas Telesius, UAB “ACME Grupe”, co-owner, Chairmen of the Board, Director.

2.  Supervisory Board of PC “Lithuanian shipping company” has elected members of the Board for the new term of office (protocol No. 1 dd. 03.04.2014):
