Vilnius, Lithuania, 2014-03-04 13:35 CET -- The issuer, AB Lietuvos Dujos, hereby in addition to 24 February 2014 notification on material event “Regarding the Transfer of the Shares of AB Lietuvos Dujos Owned by the State” informs that on 3 March 2014 received Lietuvos energija, UAB  notification on the acquisition of voting rights (enclosed).
