„Nordeka” JSC non-revised annual report for the year ended December 31, 2013
The quoted indices in the financial report are of informative nature, as at the moment of preparing the financial report the Company had not received from the State Ltd. “Autotransporta direkcija” approved Statement of settlement of accounts on outstanding compensation of losses for year 2013, which may cause material changes in financial result.
The Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 46, adopted on 21 January, 2014, on the amendments of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 341, changing the procedure of determination of maximum compensated costs, may impact the results of the financial report.
As soon as the Company receives from the State Ltd. “Autotransporta direkcija” the approved Statement of settlement of accounts on outstanding compensation of losses for year 2013, the financial result will be revised and information published.
