City Service group signed the contract with Poznan‘s Communal Apartment Office
City Service group company ZZN, which in July won a tender to manage municipal apartments, territories and other premises of Poznan‘s Communal Apartment Office, on 21 August signed the contract with Zarzad Komunalnych Zasobow Lokalowych.
ZZN will manage a total apartment, territories and other premises area of 1.35 million sq. meters. The contract shall be signed for the term of 4 years; value of contract is PLN 24.7 million.
In addition, during the first half of the year The Group company ZZN due to successful organic growth – attraction of new clients – managed to expand its total supervised area by 235 thousand sq. meters.
In Poland we are successful in embracing organic growth these opportunities, as the signed contract confirms. We will continue to participate in all facility management tenders that fit our profile, stated Žilvinas Lapinskas, General Director of AB City Service.
„City Service” this year has won even more tenders in Poland. The Group company started to manage Polish Financial Supervision Authority apartments in Warsaw as well as Siechnice and Oleck municipality‘s communal apartments.
