Decision of the extraordinary General meeting of the shareholders of "Dvarcioniu keramika" AB on12-07-2013

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-06-20 15:00 CEST --  

1.To elect Mr. Juozas Raišelis, 1947-08-01, Mr. Remigijus Šeris, 1964-06-11, Mr. Giedrius Kolesnikovas, 1979-06-19, Mr. Mindaugas Bučas, 1976-10-27, Mr, Marius Rumsas, 1969-12-15, Ms. Liudmila Suboc, 1954-04-25 to be members of the Board of „Dvarčionių keramika“ AB from 14 July, 2013.

2.Authorize Mr. Marius Rumšas prepare and sign any documents, requests, statements, forms and submit them to withdraw, and to perform any actions with the competent authorities, which are necessary for the members of the Board  Juozas Raišelis,  Remigijus Šeris, Giedrius Kolesnikovas, Mindaugas Bučas, Marius  Rumšas and Liudmila Suboč to  be  registered in the  republic of Lithuania  register of Legal Entities and to make decisions of this document to be duly registered or if they are properly communicated to the other institutions.
