Observation status removed for AS „Liepājas autobusu parks”
NASDAQ OMX Riga decided on June 17, 2013 to immediately remove the observation status for AS "Liepājas autobusu parks" (ticker: LAP1R, ISIN code: LV0000100907).
AS „Liepājas autobusu parks” has submitted information about decisions of annual general meeting continued on June 17, 2013. In the meeting it has been decided to exclude the question about delisting of company's shares from the regulated market from the agenda.
Thus the circumstances that were the reason for observation status applied to AS "Liepājas autobusu parks" since April 23, 2013 have ceased to exist.
