The tender of the sale of block of 100 ordinary shares of UAB Pastatų Priežiūros Paslaugos has not been held on 6 May 2013. In that case, the administration of AB Kauno Energija, announced a second tender of sale of block of 100 ordinary shares of UAB Pastatų Priežiūros Paslaugos (the nominal value of the share is LTL 100), following a decision of the Management Board of AB Kauno Energija, performing functions of the sole shareholder of UAB Pastatų Priežiūros Paslaugos (company code300580563).
