On the depth financial research statement

Liepaja, 2013-05-17 13:48 CEST -- Commenting the depth financial research statement for the JSC "Liepājas metalurgs" Annual Financial report of the year 2008 and 2011 made by “Ernst & Young Baltic” Ltd., the JSC "Liepājas metalurgs" indicates the following:

1) JSC "Liepājas metalurgs" would like to draw attention to the fact, that there were no concrete infractions or faults listed in any chaper of mentiones Statement. The conclusions were made only for the feasible or probable risks.

2) Taking in to consideration the specific of black metallurgy and the field’s long-standing crisis in EU and in whole wrold, the conclusion notice for the preparation of long-term budget and it’s comparasion with the real situation is incorrect action.

3) JSC "Liepājas metalurgs" pay’s big attention to the procedures of tax listening and declaration, it is proved also with the regular audits and it’s conclusions by State Revenue Service.

4) To make the chance to receive the comments and argumentation regarding the stated facts during the auditing, in practice has been accepted that any audit introduce’s the subject with the acquired results. Specifically in this case JSC "Liepājas metalurgs" had no chance to give any comments and argumentation.
