Latvenergo AS publishes the Final Terms of the second Series of Notes

Riga, 2013-05-14 16:03 CEST -- Latvenergo AS publishes the Final Terms of the second Series of Notes approved on 14 May 2013 related to the issue of EUR 20,000,000 Notes due 22 May 2020. According to the Final Terms of the second Series of Notes, the nominal amount of the Note is EUR 1,000. The placement of the second Series of Notes will be implemented on 16 May 2013. The issue of the Notes is being executed under Latvenergo AS LVL 85,000,000 (or equivalent in EUR) Programme for the issuance of notes.

Final Terms of the second Series of Notes must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus of the Programme dated 23 November 2012, as supplemented by Supplement No.1, dated 12 March 2013, and Supplement No. 2, dated 23 April 2013, available on the company’s website www.latvenergo.lv.
