Investor Conference Webinar of LSC results for 2012

On May 8, 2013 JSC Latvian Shipping Company (LSC) organized its Investor Conference Online Webinar for investors and other stakeholders. During the webinar the Chairman of the Management Board Simon Blaydes analysed the company’s financial results of the year 2012 and informed about the company's plans for 2013.

During the webinar Simon Blaydes informed that the EBITDA of LSC is substantially improving since the year 2010 and company sees this trend continuing if the market conditions in the particular segment also continue to improve.

Simon Blaydes forecasted that the financial results of the first quarter 2013 will be slightly better than the ones of the fourth quarter of 2012 and they may show a small profit. He also expects that the year 2013 will bring a slight revenue growth compared with the previous financial years and there could be profits rather than losses in 2013 if impairment charges will be avoided and there won’t be any ship value decrease.

The recorded LSC webinar is available online: http://ej.uz/LSC2013rec. The complete presentation, demonstrated during the webinar, can be found in the previously published LSC announcement: https://newsclient.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=555976&messageId=685873.

LSC thanks all participants, who joined the webinar, and encourages everybody to follow company’s announcements to get information on the next webinar!
