TrustBuddy: Record Day for Dividend Payment Determined

Stockholm, 2013-05-03 09:00 CEST -- The shareholders in TrustBuddy International AB (publ) ("TrustBuddy" or the "Company") resolved on a dividend of 0,9 öre (SEK 0.009) per share in the Company on the annual shareholders' meeting, held on 17 April 2013. The meeting also authorized the board of directors to determine the record day (Sw: avstämningsdag) for the dividend payment. Only shareholders that are registered in the shareholders' register per the record day are entitled to receive the payment of dividend.

The board of directors has determined Tuesday 14 May 2013 as the record day for the resolved dividend.
