Publication of Supplement No.2 to the Base Prospectus of Latvenergo AS Programme for the Issuance of Notes

Riga, 2013-05-02 14:58 CEST -- On 30 April 2013 the Financial and Capital Market Commission of the Republic of Latvia has registered Supplement No.2 to the Base Prospectus of Latvenergo AS Programme for the Issuance of Notes. Information update is related to: (1) Latvenergo AS Shareholders Meeting decision of 19 April 2013 on the increase of the aggregate principal amount of debt securities (bonds) by 35 million Lats or its equivalent in Euro currency, setting the total aggregate principal amount of issue up to 85 million Lats or its equivalent in Euro currency, (2) published Latvenergo Group audited consolidated annual report 2012, that indicates the latest financial information about the Group.

The total amount of Latvenergo AS Programme for the Issuance of Notes in nominal value is 85 million Lats or an equivalent in Euro. The three realized bond issues in the total amount of 70 million Euros, with a coupon of 2.8% and the maturity date of 15 December 2017, are implemented under one Series of Notes. The bonds are listed on the Nasdaq OMX Riga (ISIN code LV0000801090).

Final terms of subsequent bond issues under Latvenergo AS Programme for the Issuance of Notes, including the issue date, amount, currency and maturity date will be set shortly before the issue date, assessing the situation in the financial and capital markets as well as investors interest. Issued bonds will be listed on the Nasdaq OMX Riga.
