Regarding intentions to sell the shares of Ecoservice UAB

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-04-11 08:00 CEST -- On 10 April 2013 City Service AB concluded the contract with the financial advisor Porta Finance regarding the consultations and search of potential acquirers for 100 percent of Ecoservice UAB shares. Ecoservice UAB with the subsidiaries supplies waste management and other environmental services in Vilnius, Klaipėda cities and in more than ten other municipalities of Lithuania.

The decision to search for potential investors for waste management and environmental business in Lithuania was adopted in order to focus on the key strategic goal of the Company – expansion of facility management and maintenance business in foreign markets.
