Publication of Supplement No.1 to the Base Prospectus of the Notes Issuance Programme of Latvenergo AS

Riga, 2013-03-18 10:30 CET -- On 15 March 2013 the Financial and Capital Market Commission of the Republic of Latvia has registered Supplement No.1 to the Base Prospectus of the Notes Issuance Programme of Latvenergo AS. Information update is related to the Latvenergo Group 2012 Annual Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements published on 28.02.2013.

The total amount of the Latvenergo AS Notes Issuance Programme in nominal value is 50 million Lats or an equivalent in Euro. The two realized bond issues in the total amount of 50 million Euros, with a coupon of 2.8% and the maturity date of 15 December 2017, are implemented under one Series of Notes. The bonds are listed on the Baltic Bond list (ISIN code LV0000801090).
