The subordinated loan agreement was signed

Šiauliai, Lithuania, 2013-02-23 22:11 CET --  

           On February 23, 2013 Šiaulių bankas signed the agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development according to which  the EBRD grants the subordinated loan  to Šiaulių bankas in the amount of EUR 20 million for the period of 10 years.

           The purpose of the loan is to strengthen the capital base of Šiaulių bankas while taking over the share of Ūkio bankas assets and liabilities
