The agreement on transfer of Ūkio bankas AB assets, rights, transactions and liabilities was signed

Šiauliai, Lithuania, 2013-02-23 20:46 CET --  

         On February 23, 2013 Šiaulių bankas AB, the temporary administrator of Ūkio bankas and the State undertaking „Deposit and Investment Insurance“ signed the agreement on transfer of the share of Ūkio bankas AB assets, rights, transactions and liabilities. According to the present agreement Šiaulių bankas shall take over the liabilities to the clients in the amount of LTL 2.7 billion. The total value of the transferable assets and the amount payable by the State undertaking „Deposit and Investment Insurance“ comprises LTL 2.7 billion as well.
