REMINDER: Latvijas Krājbanka’s clients securities portfolio auctions on December 18, 2012
NASDAQ OMX Riga on December 18, 2012 will run Latvijas Krājbanka’s clients security portfolio auctions. Latvijas Krājbanka’s clients till November 30, 2012 could transfer their securities to other bank’s security accounts. Securities that have not been transferred and remain in Latvijas Krājbanka’s client security accounts after November 30, 2012 shall be auctioned on December 18, 2012.

On the auction day, it will be possible to follow auctions online on the Exchange website, where currently information on security list and auction orderbook ticker is available. On auction day to see full order book depth click on the assigned securities ticker.
NASDAQ OMX Riga Members can participate in the auction. Members may submit their own orders and orders on behalf of their clients.
Auctions will be open and orders accepted on auctions day December 18, 2012 from 10:00 till 14:00 (Latvian time). Order matching will take place at 16:00 on auction day.
Securities are auctioned in Latvian lats. The smallest price step in orders is LVL 0.01. Settlement date for securities whose settlements will be ensured by Latvian Central Depository is December 21, 2012.
