Handelsstopp i/Trading halt in SAS AB (87/12)
Handeln i SAS AB (SAS, ISIN-kod SE0003366871, orderboks-ID 13557). Mot bakgrund av de uppgifter som har cirkulerat i media kring bolagets finansiella situation har Börsen för att säkerställa en rättvis handel fattat beslut om att stoppa handeln i aktierna i SAS AB (SAS, ISIN-kod SE0003366871, orderboks-ID 220) och andra relaterade finansiella instrument från klockan 9:00 tills vidare med hänvisning till 22 kap. 1§ p 1 lag (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden.
Finansinspektionen har underrättats om handelsstoppet och har i enlighet med 22 kap. 2§ lagen (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden beslutat att det ska bestå tills vidare.
With reference to the news articles the last days concerning the company’s financial situation the Exchange has decided to halt the trading in shares of SAS AB (SAS, ISIN Code SE0003366871, Order Book ID 220) and other financial relative instruments with effect from 9:00 CET until further notice in accordance with Chapter 22, section 1, p 1 of the Securities Markets Act (2007:528) in order to ensure a fair and orderly market.
The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has been notified and in accordance with Chapter 22, section 2 of the Securities Markets Act (2007:528) decided that this trading halt shall remain until further notice.
