members have been appointed to the Nominating Committee:

The committee shall consist of
representatives of the three largest shareholders
and has the task of preparing
the proposals to the Annual General Meeting
concerning election and
remuneration for the board and auditors. The Nominating
Committee represents
approximately 63 percent of the total shares and votes.
