Following the de-merger of Nye Cisk AS the shareholder structure in TrustBuddy International AB (publ) (“TrustBuddy” or the “Company”) has changed in the following way. Nye Cisk AS' ownership has fully ceased and has transferred to other legal entities, as further set out below:

Cemi Invest AS has increased its ownership with 9,424,438 shares, from 0 shares to 9,424,438 shares and now owns 3.49 percent of the Company.

Ovata Invest AS has increased its ownership with 9,316,233 shares, from 0 shares to 9,316,233 shares and now owns 3.46 percent of the Company.

TTT AS has increased its ownership with 8,996,471 shares, from 0 shares to 8,996,471 shares and now owns 3.39 percent of the Company.

Bert AS has increased its ownership with 6,736,280 shares, from 0 shares to 6,736,280 shares and now owns 2.50 percent of the Company.

Starrider AS has increased its ownership with 6,592,565 shares, from 0 shares to 6,592,565 shares and now owns 2.44 percent of the Company.
