Arvydas Bogocionkas  and Jelena Antonevic from the  members of  the Board.

The Supervisory Board 07.06.2012  elected Mindaugas Utkevicius  “ AS LHV Capital “

( asset management), partner and Stepas Telasius UAB “  ACME Grupe”, co-owner,

Chairmen of the Board, Director, as members of the Board until expiry of the service

 present Board.
