The NCCPE Adopted the Resolution on AB Lietuvos Dujos Action Plans for the Unbundling of Transmission and Distribution Activities and Control
On 15 June 2012, the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy, by Resolution No. O3-145 on AB Lietuvos Dujos Action Plans for the Unbundling of Transmission and Distribution Activities and Control, instructed the Company to carry out the unbundling of activities and control in accordance with the methods and time limits indicated in the action plans submitted by the Company, i.e. the legal, functional and organizational unbundling of the natural gas transmission activity should be completed by 31 July 2013, while the unbundling of control of the transmission activity should be implemented not later than by 31 October 2014, and the legal, functional and organizational unbundling of the natural gas distributions activity should be completed by 31 October 2014.
