Regarding registration of issues of non-equities

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2012-06-15 08:27 CEST -- June 15, 2012 Central Securities Depository of Lithuania opened general securities accounts for three SEB Bank issues of non-equities. The notes were issued under Base prospectus which was approved by the Lithuanian Securities Commission on September 1, 2011 and Final terms No 20110901/015 and 20110901/017.
