Tallinna Vesi orderbook flush after trading hours

Tallinn, Estonia, 2012-05-31 10:20 CEST -- AS Tallinna Vesi decided on its Annual General Meeting of shareholders, held on May 22 2012, on dividend payment of EUR 0,84 per A-share. On June 1, 2012, the shares of AS Tallinna Vesi will go ex-dividend.
        
Proceeding from the above, NASDAQ OMX Tallinn decided according to „Principles of flushing orderbooks“ to flush the TVEAT orderbook after the end of today's trading hours.
