Regarding election of the new member of the Board of the company

Alytus, Lithuania, 2012-05-25 12:35 CEST -- On 24 May 2012 the Supervisory Council of the company group ALITA AB (hereinafter, the “Company”), taking into consideration the received resignation letter of Loreta Nagulevičienė, the member of the Board of the Company, decided:

1) to revoke Loreta Nagulevičienė from the position of the member of the Board of the Company;

2) to elect Vaidas Mickus as a member of the Board of the Company till the expiry of the term of office of the current Board.
